to us at PO Box 71724, Philadelphia, PA 19176-1724. This is not the address for billing disputes. If you
have a billing dispute please write to the address designated for billing disputes on the back of your
account statement.
To request a replacement copy of your credit card agreement for any of the following products, please call the
appropriate number shown below. This request is only available to cardholders with open accounts or closed
accounts with an outstanding balance.
